A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Rhodium team as Purchase Ledger Clerk on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing of supplier invoices on to our purchase ledger system
- Setting up of new suppliers, once authorised paperwork has been received
- Changes to any current suppliers' details once authorised paperwork has been received
- Processing and import of Client utility invoices
- Reconciling supplier accounts and statement
- Initial chasing of tenant arrears

Requirements
- 2 years' experience within a similar role
- Property accounts experience essential
- Familiar with property-based system Qube
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Accurate attention to detail
- Ability to work with little supervision
