A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Rhodium team as Purchase Ledger Clerk on a part-time basis (3 days per week).

Key responsibilities include:


  • Processing of supplier invoices on to our purchase ledger system
  • Setting up of new suppliers, once authorised paperwork has been received
  • Changes to any current suppliers' details once authorised paperwork has been received
  • Processing and import of Client utility invoices
  • Reconciling supplier accounts and statement
  • Initial chasing of tenant arrears

Requirements

  • 2 years' experience within a similar role
  • Property accounts experience essential
  • Familiar with property-based system Qube
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Accurate attention to detail
  • Ability to work with little supervision
