A private equity fund with several billion in AUM are looking to add their first senior Tax hire into the business. This is a great opportunity to make a mark in an impressive fund. With full oversight of all Tax related matters including fund structuring. This role will report directly into the CFO and will have high visibility across the whole business.

Responsibilities will include:

• Fund Structuring, valuation and deal support
• Tax compliance
• Tax reporting
• Corporate and executive personal, partnership tax support

Requirements:

• Likely to have trained at a professional services / accounting firm as a Private Equity Tax specialist or alternatively, trained in house.
• Private Market Fund experience is essential
• ACA or CTA Qualified
