Rainbow Care Solutions is a well-established Domiciliary Care business which has been providing personalised home care services for over 15 years and operates across 5 different offices.


Due to our success and expansion strategy, we now require an experienced part-time bookkeeper to assist our founder and Director in overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have the ability to service clear financial reports.

Responsibilities

  • Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of the company
  • Provide regular financial reports (Monthly, quarterly and yearly)
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance/ Accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Sage one
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail-oriented
