In return, our client is seeking a proven payroll manager with experience in leading teams to deliver an efficient payroll operation to join them and help them to take the business to the next level.

In addition, our client is looking to implement a new payroll system, so previous experience implementing payroll systems would also be hugely advantageous.

Successful applicants must have proven end to end payroll expertise and be able to demonstrate clear leadership capabilities ranging from performance reviews to target setting.
