Catalent require an Accounts Payable Vendor and Payments Analyst to join our growing AP Department at our Swindon site. The successful candidate will be tasked with preparing payment runs and setting up new vendors.

Role Description:

Helping to resolve any queries coming in to the department Setting up of new vendors Ensure monthly review of statements, identifying any queries and resolving in a timely manner to avoid any supply issues for sites.Support Payment Team with set up and executing weekly payment runs.Support the Payment Controller and Global AP Leader with additional projects.Work with Customer Service Team to cover for holidays.Requirements:

Accounts Payable experienceExcellent verbal, analytical, inter-personal skillsExperience of Tradeshift an advantageExcellent attention to detailExperienced in setting up manual payments on an online banking platform an advantage.
