We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Finance Manager with expertise in contract law to support our clients financial services team, providing legal advice and expertise in writing contracts, contract negotiation and set up.

You will be responsible for:

• Writing or reviewing, negotiating and agreeing contracts
• Advising principal investigators on proposals and costing
• Provide Heads of Department with summary information to determine resource requirements
• Contribute to the annual forecast process
• Advise project managers on the terms and conditions of funding and any other contractual issues
• Support project budget reviews

You will have experience of advising on and developing contracts, including a sound knowledge of contract legislation. Excellent written skills and IT skills are essential, including advanced excel and confidence with business systems.
