My London based client is looking for a Counterparty Credit Risk Business Analyst to join their team. The role is a great opportunity to be part of dynamic team and be influential in driving change within the organisation.
Role Purpose
- Acting as a driver of risk initiated and regulatory change for Counterparty Credit Risk.
- Acting as a Credit Risk point of contact for strategic transformation projects.
- Managing key stakeholder relationships from Financial Markets, Group Risk, Front Office, Credit Risk Models, Credit Risk Methodology.
- Influencing and managing Senior Stakeholder expectations within the business, building good relationships to help implement change.
- Performing Business Analysis and Project Management for Counterparty Credit Risk transformation.
- Driving regulatory project work relating to Counterparty Credit Risk issues such as PFE, EPE, EEPE calculations.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have 5-12 years experience, across counterparty credit risk and change management.
The candidate must have good experience across the below topics:
- Counterparty Credit Risk measures such as EPE, PFE, EEPE.
- Counterparty Credit Risk impact traded products (i.e. Rates, SFTs, FX, Credit, Equity, and Structured Products).
- An understanding of the theory behind derivatives pricing.
- Experience of Credit Risk systems.
- MUST have continuity in roles on CV.
- Change management experience, as a Business Analyst.
