The Opportunity:

High growth PE backed technology business requires its first truly commercial hire to support continued growth. Having recently exceeded all forecasts and targets, and with projected growth in revenues at 30%+ for 2021, this is an exciting time to join the business.

The Role:

Working as the bridge between finance and the rest of the business (predominantly sales, operations, and the Executive Team) you role will include the following;

• The development of current Board reporting and KPI packs for both internal, and external/investor reporting purposes.
• Partnering with sales to increase margins, increase the ratio of demos to sales, develop sales pipelines, assist in tendering, and to provide detailed analysis into client spend, individual product sales, etc.
• Develop the existing forecasting and budgeting models.
• The creation of a range of financial models to support the continued needs of the business.
• Support future fundraises and transactions.
• Critical support in appraising business cases.
• Detailed scenario planning.
• Undertaking market and competitor analysis.
• Improve data flow from the CRM and all other sources, to eventual presentation of meaningful and insightful analysis that supports decision making.
• Assist in the production of monthly management accounts and related analysis.
• Support the CEO, CFO, and wider Executive team in a range of activities and projects.

About You:

The successful candidate will be;

• An expert financial modeller.
• Confident and assured, with proven presentation skills.
• Proven commercial and analytical skills developed within a similar role.
• Proven ability to develop analyses and reporting.
• Prior experience partnering with sales and/or operations teams.
