Sheridan Maine is working in partnership with a fast paced manufacturing business to recruit a Finance Business Partner to provide value adding management information to help drive profitability and commercial decision making.

The Finance Business Partner will work closely with the operational teams providing robust and insightful analysis of business performance to support and challenge decisions. Other responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner include:
- Quickly gaining a thorough understanding of the business and it's activity drivers to be able to provide advice and challenge
- Monitoring, reviewing and reporting business performance using KPIs
- Identifying opportunities for cost and process improvements
- Supporting the delivery of strategies and opportunity ideas

The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified commercial accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with a number of years post qualified experience in a similar business partnering / commercial finance role with a good understanding of the manufacturing sector.
