We're looking to hire a Finance Manager to come in and be responsible for the management accounts and all financial work streams across the site. This position will be customer facing, you must have a confident approach to making things happen and be a brilliant relationship builder - we want the relationship between XPO and Arla to be strong.

We're looking to pay between £45,000 - £50,000 per annum plus car allowance. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Upon joining us you will implement processes and systems at site to deliver objectives, playing an active part in the site ethos and strategy - you'll have an Assistant Finance Manager to help
• You will produce both financial and operational management reporting as required for the site, business and customer. This will include P&L statements and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring all accruals and prepayments are justified and are in line with the accounting standards
• We'll need you to have involvement in preparation of forecast and budgets, ad hoc variance analysis and integrity of Invoicing and P&L entries
• Partnering with the central finance team, you will help monitor debt relating to the site whilst actioning plans to deal with this in correct fashion

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• You must be CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a similar finance management role, ideally in a similar environment that includes open/closed book contracts
