Our client, a truly dynamic organisation with exciting strategy in place that will facilitate even further growth, is looking to source a talented and ambitious FP&A Manager to join its high performing team. This is a pivotal role for the business, reporting directly to the Head of Finance and overseeing the budget for £220m turnover.

This is a strategic and data focused position, will responsibility for the development and modelling of financial plans, supporting business objectives and reporting on financial performance to drive future action.

Main duties include:
* Long term financial planning modelling, including business plans, budgeting and forecasting throughout the year
* Owning the budgeting process with the operations team, ensuring buy in and challenge in setting targets
* Evolving and producing Board & Exec reports to summarise business performance and highlight key opportunities and risks
* Overviewing operational reporting and moving to a more streamlined way of working
* Cost efficiency targeting
* Leading on various project teams from a finance perspective

Key skills & experience required:
* Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
* Ambitious and keen to take on responsibility
* Demonstrates a high level of initiative and drive
* Exceptional commercial awareness and proven fp&a experience
* Analytical thinker with a positive and proactive approach to problem solving
* Excellent communication skills, can build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including non-finance and senior management
* Advanced Excel
