A chance to join a team of establish purchase ledger clerks as the senior. The team need an individual that is able to deal with leading from the front and providing support as the business are getting busier due to continued expansion. The role will need someone who is able to demonstrate past experience of leading teams with a finance department.

The company have a very supportive management team and will look for someone that is able to assist in developing a team and processes to improve the delivery from the team and department as a whole.

Duties:

• Processing of invoices in timely manner
• Supplier statement reconciliations on monthly basis
• Ad-hoc payments
• Monthly close of purchase ledger
• Setting up of new suppliers
• Query resolution from suppliers
• Assist in the leading of team of purchase ledger team

Person spec:

• Previous experience of leading a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Good systems skills
