A prestigious private equity backed global leisure & travel group is seeking a Director of Operations and Processes. This senior leadersip position will have a broad scope of responsibilities across finance, corporate governance, procedures, standards, business strategy, board reporting and regulatory requirements across a geographically diverse portfolio of business units. While providing leadership and strategic direction to the business, effectively acting as a 2IC to the Chief Executive.

The Person

• The Ideal candidate will have larger corporate experience / blue chip experience) but also adaptable to working in what can be at times unstructured environments.

• Experience within travel or hospitality and advantage

• Degree level education, preferably in sales and marketing, IT, accounting or other related field

• Post-graduate qualification highly desirable - (e.g. MBA, PhD, LLB, CA, CPA, etc.)

• Must be in a position to relocate with financial support from the business in 8 to 10 weeks

Remuneration

Circa $200,000 USD net with housing allowance, full relocation, medical bonus and vehicle / vehicle allowance.
