Hyde is looking to recruit a Senior Financial Analyst with Joint Venture experience.

To achieve this, we are looking for a Financial Analyst with Joint Venture experience who will assist us with our corporate ambition of maximising Hyde's financial capacity. We are looking for a motivated, technical and highly numerate individual to join Hyde's Financial Planning & Analysis team. You will be taking responsibility for several areas of joint venture analysis and financial planning.


Outputs & Accountabilities

  • Overseeing the financial viability of multiple joint ventures held by Hyde, monitoring the financial performance of the venture as well as building and maintaining a strong relationship with the JV partners.
  • Lead on the production of insightful financial analysis of the joint venture programme, enabling robust and independent oversight on a regular basis, including forecast pipeline sales, cashflow analysis and benchmarking assumptions.
  • Utilise and build upon expertise in purpose-built technology and financial modelling techniques to support insight and deliver outcomes.
  • Report to, advise and inform stakeholders on the results of analysis undertaken, ensuring that the organisation is aware of any potential material impacts on the financial position or strategy of Hyde, and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Support the production of market analysis and sector research to inform the Group's decision making for new initiative and strategies.
  • Assist other team members responsible for Development and Sales and disposals as necessary to ensure team objectives are met.
  • Lead on the provision of joint venture data for the financial plan and support the long-term planning process.
  • Provide a commercial outlook on joint ventures to ensure projects are optimally structured in terms of the financial elements to balance risks and rewards.
  • Attend all joint venture boards and report back to wider finance and development team on outcomes
  • Build, manage and maintain strong and effective business partnering relationships with the development project managers and joint venture partners, generating and sharing insight, and guiding, influencing and challenging the business.
