About The Job

Responsible for full set of accounts, management reports and cash flows

Manage day-to-day accounting functions

Oversee credit control function of the Company

Oversee the payroll processing function

Able to prepare monthly cash flow projections based on forecasts provided by the Management

Liaise with external auditors, company secretary, bankers, agents and etc

Assist in daily administration work and other assignments as required by Management

Job Requirements

Degree in Accounting and Finance

Must be a member in MIA

Minimum 4 years working experience

Candidates who have knowledge of construction industry are encouraged to apply

Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software

Candidates with audit experience will be an added advantage

Knowledge in MYOB system will be an added advantage

Able to multi-task, deadline oriented and work under pressure

Flexible and adaptable attitude with attentive to details

Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin (role require to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers / customers)

Possess good personality, interpersonal & communication skills

Must possess own transport
