Management Accountant, £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
Your new company
Due to high growth and expansion throughout the pandemic, a client of Hays is looking for a solid Management Accountant to join their team and support the finance function.
Your new role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliation and weekly cashflow reports. Likewise, preparing monthly VAT returns and upholding all fixed asset registers. Other responsibilities include reconciling all CC statements, authorising expenditure, and any further ad-hoc queries from senior management.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will need to be studying CIMA, ACCA, ACA etc, or qualified by experience. Other qualities include good communication and time management skills. Managerial experience is an advantage while strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (Especially Excel) is crucial.
