Your new company
A fast growing organisation who have undertaken a number of positive steps and changes in recent times are in the market to appoint a Finance Manager to oversee a local team in a broad role.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be accountable for overseeing the month and year end requirements within a busy finance function. You will oversee balance sheet controls, play a key role in the year end audit process in addition to supporting operational finance and payroll to ensure that the engine room of finance runs smoothly. You will lead, motivate and direct your team to ensure they produce exceptional results in a timely and accurate manner.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with strong technical accounting skills. Prior leadership skills is essential and there is a preference for candidates who have worked in a regulated environment.
