Corporate Tax Manager / Asst Manager - position available in Central Berkshire. Competitive pay and benefits

Your new company

A Top-20 Accountancy Firm with offices throughout the UK. Working under a Tax Partner, you will be part of a large tax team.

Your new role

Oversee a client portfolio ranging from OMBs to large Groups involving complex tax compliance, as well as UK and cross-border advisory project work.
Liaison with corporate finance colleagues, other members of the tax team.
Development of client relationships.

What you'll need to succeed

ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification
Positive client service attitude
Experience of developing new work
Previous R&D exposure, group restructures, property taxes and capital allowance would be advantageous.
Strong application of UKGAAP accounting fundamentals
