Finance Analyst | Hyper-Growth Brewery | London

The Client

Harmonic are delighted to be working with an incredibly fast-growth brewery on the hire of a Finance Analyst. This business was set up in the last few years to shake up the brewing industry and is a super fun brand! They have scaled incredibly quickly and they've quickly become a household name, with a booming number of listings across UK supermarkets and high street craft beer specialists! They can also be found in a number of pubs across the UK an of course have an amazing ecommerce set up (that has been hugely popular in 2020!)

Due to impressive growth and expecting to reach a turnover of £50m+ this year, they're looking for an analyst whizz with a FMCG background to support the team with budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting; as well as building relationships with stakeholders across the business! They are a super personable bunch who are looking for fun and kind folks to join the team. The team are currently working remotely but will offer flexibility in working from home and at their brewery once 'normal' resumes! It's also really important that you are a fan of the brand!

Working with the FP&A Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting with the annual budgeting process
  • Building the 3-year plan
  • Updating and challenging forecasts and understanding costs and spends
  • Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting on cashflow
  • Supporting the FP&A Manager with building financial models
  • Maintaining the forecast models for sales, financials and cashflow
  • Supporting stakeholders across the business

What we need to see

  • Beverage experience
