Human Capital Partners are working exclusively with an international multi-site business to identify and appoint their Modelling and Business Analyst. The Analyst will report directly to the CFO and will provide key Modelling and insightful Analytics to the business. Candidates will require about 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in transaction services /strategy/analysis roles with a Real Estate or investment firm background.

Your Tasks as Modelling and Business Analyst




  1. Modelling & Planning:




  • Prepare Business Cases and Investment memos, assisting the CFO & CDO to obtain Board's approval for new projects going through the investment committee.

  • Prepare and update yearly the 5-years Business Plan for the Management Company, Projects under Development, Pipeline, and Assets under Operation:

  • Monitor the financial returns (return on investment / IRR): i.e. keep track of any changes and simulate corresponding impact on expected cash flow / EBITDA etc.

  • Master at all times the inside out of every project, provide critical input and become a key link between Finance, Real-Estate and Operation teams.

  • Take a view on the outcome(s) and make optimal decisions based on your conclusion.

  • Once approved by the Board, year 1 of the BP becomes the budget for the upcoming year.




  1. Business Analysis:




  • Monitor for the entire organization, the performance of the Management Company, Operating Business Units & Assets Under Construction.

  • Feed the relevant teams and shareholders with live dashboards and a monthly pack for the Board. Analyse the business from multiple perspectives, using benchmarks, gap analysis, forecasts, etc.

  • This input will allow the Management Team to make informed and well-balanced decisions based on actual trading of our Hotels. It will also be key to update the Business Plan.




  • Become the owner of the quality and accuracy of the financial & performance-related information.

  • Regularly enhance and improve the company's Dashboarding & Reporting, to ease end-users experience.




  1. Debt financing:




  • You will be responsible for (i) the bank financing strategy and (ii) to ensure timely commitment of lenders to fund the acquisition and construction of new projects:

  • Present the TSH proposition to interested lenders (i.e. road shows)

  • Structure debt facilities, tailored to each new site

  • Negotiate and review banking documentation (i.e. term sheets and SFA's)

  • Prepare (financial) related conditions precedent as part of the closing process

  • You will be working closely together with the Legal team

  • Furthermore, you will have the support of international law firms and debt advisors and are expected to project manage and review their work in order to meet (tight) deadlines and come to smooth closings




  • Hedging Strategy - ensure the interest rate and Foreign exchange risk are sufficiently covered
