Fast paced PE backed technology business are looking for an international corporate tax specialist to join the team in a newly-created position due to growth.
Role
This role is a mixture of UK and international tax work and will involve liaison with a range of stakeholders across the business giving you great exposure. There are plenty of opportunities to develop and progress within the company as they continue to grow and enter new markets.
- Management of UK corporation tax requirements and liaison with local tax advisers internationally to ensure timely and accurate filing both in the UK and abroad
- Assist with transfer pricing strategy and documentation
- Assist with M&A work
- Preparation of tax provisions for statutory accounts as well as working with the finance team to ensure quarterly instalment payments are made
- Act as a subject-matter expert in tax for the wider business and answer ad hoc queries
Remuneration
£60,000 + benefits
