My client is currently looking for a Service Billing Officer to join their team for a Housing association based in South London. Depending on Experience they will be happy to pay between £24.00-£28.00 Umbrella an hour

The Role will be initially based working from home and will be approx 2/3 months temporary.

Key responsibilities include

Support the provision of a comprehensive and cohesive financial advice and support service to the Housing C&S and Leaseholder teams
Calculate and set service charges, communicate this to leaseholders and deal within any subsequent enquiries.
Lead on the preparation of service charge plans and budgets.
Maintain the service data set in the Service Charges system and liaise with other teams within the business to ensure that service costs and charges are accurate, complete and value for money
Prepare management accounts information
Monitoring budgets and producing budget information and reports for business managers; supporting managers to identify variances and assist in the forecasting process.
Ensure all income and expenditure is recorded correctly in the accounts and in line with the approved budget to enable the production of accurate and timely accounts.
Ensure that all reconciliations are up to date.
Work with the business partner teams to ensure monthly accounts, forecasts and budgets are completed in line with timetable.
