Credit Controller - Established Property Company
£20,000-£25,000

My client is an established and reputable property company offers a number of property services to their national client base from multiple regional offices. They have requested that I source an ambitious accounts professional to come in and work closely with the Accounts Manager to support them with the workload as the company grows. The ideal candidate will have experience within property but they will consider those without as long as they have a background in accounts.

Key duties and responsibilities

- To issue service charge and ground rent demands.

- To assist the Accounts Manager in the collection of overdue service charge and ground rent demands.

- To assist the Accounts Manager in litigation cases - preparation of documentation for new and ongoing legal cases.

- To oversee the allocation of payments received and reconcile daily.

- To assist and monitor the supplying of sales packs and document supply.

- To deal with leasehold queries and establish payment plans where necessary.

- To attend court if required.

- To liaise with the Property Managers on service charge matters.

- Other duties as required.
