This role will be key to providing clear and concise performance reporting that informs decision making. The role will sit in the FP&A team and report to the Head of FP&A UK&I region. The FP&A team is a high profile and high performing team with good exposure to senior stakeholders within the organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders as well as guiding colleagues in the offshore finance function. Being able to "cut through the noise" and explain the underlying levers that drive business performance will be key.
