Our client in Hatfield is looking for a Client Service Executive to take ownership of a client portfolio within their rapidly expanding business.
The aim is to manage the claims process through the various stages and ensure that vigorous standards and timescales are strictly observed in all client engagements.
KeyResponsibilities
- Becoming the primary client point-of-contact, requesting ad-hoc information from clients and their accountants
- Arranging client site meetings for our Claim Analysts to conduct technical interviews
- Regularly liaising with Claim Analysts to ensure claims are on track and keeping clients informed of progress
- Assisting with finalisation of claim reports, ensuring compliance with internal presentation guidelines
- Sending completed reports to clients for approval and managing the HMRC submission process
- Provision of ad-hoc sales- and marketing-related administration
responsibilities:
What the client are looking for:
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar role e.g. administrator, secretarial, coordinator
- Ability to manage workloads and effectively prioritise tasks
- Excellent telephone and written manner
- Ability to build a good rapport with clients, their accountants and the rest of the team
- Good knowledge and experience of MS Office
- Proven ability to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
