Senior Payroll Controller
Hammersmith - £35,00 + 5% bonus

Our client is looking to recruit a Payroll Controller to support the established payroll department.



Responsibilities:


Input new starters, leavers, changes, sickness, holiday, bonuses, etc
Input timesheets and absences
Keep up to date with payroll legislations Ensure all HMRC and other legislative requirements are met in an accurate and timely manner (NMW, NLW, Statutory rate increase)
Manual calculations (if necessary), explaining any payroll queries to the employees
Ensure all corporate/internal audit requirements are met
Calculate and manage all statutory payments e.g. maternity, paternity etc
Month end reporting
Assist in processing and administering payroll related tasks as directed by the Payroll & Benefits Manager
Demonstrate a pro-active approach in the management of the payroll procedures in place and adopt a flexible approach of the payroll and related tools to adapt to the company requirements and market evolution
Provide necessary reports and ad hoc informationThe ideal candidate:

Knowledge of the software ADP Freedom
Understanding of current payroll legislation and statutory requirements
Excellent Excel skills
Analytical skills
Good organisation skills
