Finance Assistant

A 6 month maternity cover job role as a Finance Assistant at an international Media Agency in the West End

This is a transactional finance role working within a large media agency based in the West End of Central London. They are keen to take on a contractor for at least 6 months due to maternity cover. This role will be working from home until Christmas and then will be working in the office for two weeks each month. You will be within a medium size finance team who are very social and fun.

Duties include:

• Accounts Payable
• Processing invoices and expenses
• Liaising with internal stakeholders
• Assisting with year end duties
• Assisting with month end
• Posting payroll journals
• Assisting with the collection of payroll data
• Adhoc finance duties

To be successful for this role, you must be immediately available and have experience of transactional finance and posting payroll duties. Additionally being able to perform Pivot Tables and Vlookups is a must. Having experience of Sun and Concur systems is advantageous.
