About the CFO Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for financial reporting and operations for all the entities under the group.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the achievement of corporate goals and objectives on finance, costs and margins

Responsible for the effective and efficient management of the financial services and treasury functions to achieve financial objectives and standards

Ensure the proper interpretation of stakeholder objectives as it relates to the corporation's objectives for return on investment and return on equity

Create conditions for effective institutional relations with relevant external organisations, government agencies, banking and investment corporations and major customers

Manage and ensure accurate financial reports, and proper compliance with all internal controls, rules and regulations

Drive performance improvement and high productivity of staff within the function by evaluation of effectiveness and capabilities and make recommendations for development and skill enhancements

Key Requirements:

University graduate and possesses professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW and CIMA

High integrity, independent and analytical and communications skills together with a strong sense of responsibility

Able to be hands-on and firm in managing the team and other key stakeholders
