Job Description:
This is an Audit Senior / Audit Manager level position which requires reporting to the Branch Audit Manager / Audit Partner. Your main function is to lead the subordinate audit team members in Auditing our SME clients' books of accounts / financial statements which are prepared in accordance with the approved accounting standards.
The candidate should have extensive practical audit experiences from any chartered accounting firm, should be able to guide the subordinates and review the audit files prepared by them. The candidates must be able to complete the audit of the financial statement from audit planning to audit completion on a timely manner.
Requirements:
- At least 6 to 8 Year(s) of working experience in the audit related field;
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ or Professional Qualifications (i.e. ACCA) or equivalent;
- Well versed in MPERS and MFRS;
- Practical knowledge of working on consolidated accounts is a must;
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia;
- Possess own transport (optional);
- Exhibit a high level of trust, diplomacy, and ethical behavior;
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, train and motivate others;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to exercise good judgment;
- Self-motivated, pro-active and with strong analytical skills and results oriented;
- Ability to interact with clients and work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines;
- Ability to work in a disciplinary environment and able to demonstrate a high degree of commitment with initiative, willingness to accept challenge and able to work under pressure;
