Responsibilities:
  • Performing Bookkeeping tasks by maintaining clients' books of accounts by recording bank and credit card statements in QuickBooks
  • Performing bank and credit card reconciliation and doing work on MS Excel.
  • Drafting financial statements for compilation engagements
  • Assisting in preparation of corporate and personal tax returns
  • Calculating and preparing GST/HST, payroll, and other government remittances
  • Preparing client correspondence (i.e. emails, letters, and memos)
  • Assisting with other administrative functions as required

Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Minimum of 2+ years of related experience preferably in a public accounting firm
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is a must
  • M.COM/ACCA/MBA Accounting
  • An accounting designation is not necessary but preferred
  • The office timing is 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Evening shift)
  • Job is Lahore based. Local candidates are preferred
  • Training will be provided
