Main duties include:
* Act as the trusted business partner for your commercial area - helping them to grow profitability
* Support with price, promotions and buying decision on a daily basis
* Turn data into insight
* Support in annual business plans with suppliers
* Be main point of contact for Senior Buyers
* Look to reduce stock loss and waste
* Support the team on matters beyond finance
* Help team to build stronger and more profitable proposition through robust reporting
* Complete monthly management accounts for the business area and ensure strong controls are in place
* Ensure weekly performance is understood from a sales & margin perspective

Key skills & experience required:
* Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
* Strong academics
* Ambitious and keen to take on responsibility
* Demonstrates a high level of initiative and drive
* Exceptional commercial awareness
* Analytical thinker with a positive and proactive approach to problem solving
* Excellent communication skills, can build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including non-finance and senior management
* Advanced Excel
