FRS Accountancy is assisting an international business in their search for a Financial Controller on a temp to perm basis.

The role will manage the efficient and effective running of the accounting department across multiple business units, implementing and improving new / existing accounting policies.

The successful candidate will be expected to take the lead on key projects.

Duties will include:

• Half and Full year reporting

• Maintain compliance with all internal controls and procedures

• Maintain and develop knowledge for reporting

• Support the business units in compliance and risk management

• Set and review budgets for F&A and business companies

• Plan and co-ordinate audits

• Lead Internal audit

• Manage the team performance and change management

• Provide support to Global FD

The successful candidate will be / have:

• Qualified with relevant experience (ideally ACA from Top20)
• Manufacturing exposure
• Excellent Technical Accounting Knowledge
• Proactive, flexible
