On behalf of a business based South of Croydon I am recruiting for a new Finance Officer to join on a temporary to permanent basis.
Client Details
My client is a not for profit organisation based just south of Croydon, they have a stable finance team and a supportive environment.
The role will be initially based from home and therefore the right candidate will need to have the ability to work from home for the the foreseeable future.
Description
This temporary to permanent Accounts Assistant role based in Croydon will involve the following responsibilities:
- Setting up new accounts
- Supplier payments
- Credit Control
- Bank entry posting/ reconciliations
- Liaising with creditors/ debtors/ maybe tenants
- Resolving queries
- Month end
- Costing
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
Profile
The successful candidate for this temporary to permanent Accounts Assistant role will need to have the following skills:
- Prior AP experience
- SAP desirable
- Good Excel skills
- Able to start immediately (max 1 weeks notice)
- Excellent communication skills
Job Offer
This is a temporary position for 6 months with a view to go permanent thereafter. Car parking is available on site.
