Job Description

A well established company in Malaysia is looking for Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be based in their Kuala Lumpur office.

Responsibilities:

·Responsible for overall finance functions including finance operations, financial evaluations, business planning, budgeting and risk management

·Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team for acquisition, future investment opportunities.

·Managing the processes for financial forecasting, budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting

·Advising on long-term business and financial planning

·Lead the company in achieving financial result

Requirements:

·Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance

·Must have professional qualification as such ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, MICPA

·Must be a Member of MIA

·10 to 15 years of experience

·Previous experience in Audit or Accounts from BIG 4 is added advantage

·Experience from Public Listed companies OR large companies

·Experience from engineering/construction/ building material is added advantage
