Purchase Ledger Clerk
Salary:
£18,000 - £20,000
Location:
Stone
Contract: Full-time, Fixed Term Contract
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
Our well-established client, based in Stone, are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to provide email and face to face support for customers and visitors.
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, your responsibilities will include:
Using Sage to process invoices and amend as needed
Liaising with suppliers and answering account related queries
Entering financial data to create reports
Credit control and reducing aged ledgers
Investigating and resolving purchase ledger queries
Chasing client credits and processing purchase orders
Handling supplier statement reconciliations
Providing administrative supportKey Skills required for a Purchase Ledger Clerk:
Ability to communicate with customers via telephone and email
Excellent team player with the ability to use own initiative
Flexible approach to changing demands
