Portfolio Credit Control are pleased to present an excellent opportunity within an established firm based in Epsom. They are looking to hire a Senior Credit Controller to join their growing team, this vacancy is offering up to £32,000 Dependent on experience.

To manage and reduce aged debt by raising customer awareness.
Chase up notices to cancel and follow up on credit requests in order to maintain ledger.
Develop and maintain a relationship with key customers.
Review queries weekly.
Reconcile credit balances on the accounts.
Escalate overdue accounts to credit control supervisor.
Any ad hoc projects as required by the head of credit controlThe Person

Minimum 2 years experience in a credit controller/collections role.
Experience with liaising with members of the public.
Excellent analytical and influencing skills.
Energetic, decisive and a team player.
