What will you be doing?

Strong financial performance is the foundation to any business' success, driving development and growth. Working in a group function you will be uniquely placed to support the wider business including our iconic brands. You'll gain insight into a broad spectrum of financial fundamentals including budgeting, financial analysis, treasury, payroll and procurement.

As an undergraduate on one of our placements, you'll receive a £17,500 salary, as well as a new car every six months (as long as you have a full, clean UK driving licence). What do you need?

To be successful in this team you'll need to have strong numerical, analytical and Excel skills together with robust verbal reasoning and communication. You won't be afraid to interact with people across the business and prioritise work to achieve your goals in time and to a high standard. Ideal candidates will be studying a relevant Finance degree.

Our placement is open to any student at a UK university who is eligible to work full-time in the UK for twelve months from June/July 2021. You should be on a sandwich degree or course which offers a one-year industrial placement. We have a duty of care to our people and wouldn't want you to spend a large amount of time commuting, so we require undergraduates to be based within a 20 mile radius of our Milton Keynes head office.

What's the assessment process?

Once you have hit the apply button, we will send you a Numerical and Verbal reasoning assessment to complete. Upon successful completion of these, we will invite you to complete an online video interview so that we have a chance to get to know you a little more about you.

Our final step in the journey would be for you to attend a virtual assessment centre, where you will take part in a range of activities based on real life tasks. You will also have a chance to meet some of our managers and also the existing student placement cohort to find out more about them and the scheme.

This process is designed to help us both work out if a placement here is the right step for you. Successful candidates will be offered a place soon after the assessment centre.
