Your new role
We are looking to appoint a Assistant Director of Finance to work on a fixed term contract for a period of 12 to 18 months. This role will be supporting the Executive Director of Finance to work on a transformation project across a period of 12 to 18 months. Throughout the project you will be involved in system implementation, financial & statutory reporting, monthly management accounts and budget and forecasting. You will take control of the finance team and be responsible for the day to day running of the team. You will work with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, and drive improvements across the organisation. This is a business critical role.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have been working within social housing previously and have been working at an Assistant Director level. You will be suitably qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA. You must be a people leader and be prepared to work closely with the team and develop and mentor.
