Your new role
Your new role will be one reporting directly in the Finance Director and amongst many standard duties of a management accountant you will be helping with the smooth running of the accounts department, tackling day to day jobs of which a few are listed below and getting involved with projects on an ad-hoc basis.
The company is an SME with 50+ employees and growing. There is some exciting developments with this organisation and fantastic progression developments for someone excelling in this role.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will initially be very ambitious and driven and have a keen eye for your own career development.
You will have experience in the preparation of management accounts, budgets / forecasts, wages and other general duties. You will have excellent written and oral communications skills along with the capabilities to deal with senior stakeholders at all levels.
You will be working in a demanding environment and will require the ability to think methodically. Working with the team, you will require genuine enthusiasm to contribute to the business and staff. As this job develops, you will be required to take on further responsibilities and manage this extra workload accordingly.
You will learn to manage your workload effectively and be able to handle the extra ad-hoc duties and of be capable of making influential decision and clearly presenting the process behind these.
