Description

As Finance Director for this inspiring business, you will be required to mix strategic and commercial insight with technical ability and financial control.

You must be able to contribute to the commercial and strategic side, partnering with the executives and the wider business to create, test and execute business strategy.

You must also be strong technically and have the ability to create a robust financial control framework, implementing and improving processes, procedures, systems and controls.

You will be able to make the business aware of opportunities and risks, and steer the direction of the company through your role as finance director, but as they are still growing, you must be able to balance this with the importance of having strong underlying financial controls and managing / developing the team beneath you.

The implementation and development of the finance system includes a cloud based accounting system, so you will be responsible for leading this element.

Job Offer

Basic salary of £70-100,000 depending on experience plus benefits including pension, healthcare and bonus potential.
