The Role
The role of Accounts Assistant will be responsible for full function Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reporting to the Accountant. A system upgrade is being implemented and will require ongoing testing and training.

Your Profile
To be considered for this role, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant who has done full function Accounts Payables and Receivables, with solid SAP experience. You will have good excel skills and have strong communication skills as you will be communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

- Processing and coding of invoices
- Payment runs, weekly and monthly
- Supplier Reconciliations and Queries
- Bank Reconciliation
- Relationship management and Customer Queries
- Allocations
- Testing and training of new system upgrade
- Other Ad hoc duties
