Capital Project Cost Controller - Biotech - 12 Month Maternity Cover
Our Client is a well established biotech company based in London, currently looking for an experienced Project Cost Controller on a contract basis.
The principal purpose of this role is to lead the definition, scoping & control of finances for the project portfolio under the Capital Projects Department. Reporting directly to the Head of Capital Projects, you will have responsibility for developing a 3 to 5 year capital plan, working closely with the finance, accounts and procurement department to maintain control over project finances.
You will have demonstrable experience engaging in all stages of the project life cycle (ideally from a life sciences background), from definition, through to planning, tendering, execution and close out, enabling the project management team to deliver annual financial commitments against sanctioned annual budget.
