The Finance & Accountancy Division at SF Recruitment is actively recruiting a Group Finance Manager on the behalf of an established and growing organisation based in North Leicestershire. If you are an hands on, operationally, commercially and technically minded Finance Manager then this role could be for you.
This roles reports directly in to the Managing Directors. The Finance Manager will lead the finance function and take full ownership of the management reporting for the Group entities. They will also be tasked with driving operational performance, developing controls and supporting projects.

As the Group Finance Manager you will be responsible but limited to:
Managing the finance function - currently a team of 4
Ensuring the smooth running of the day to day finance department
Budgeting and forecasting
Producing and submitting month-end accounts
Final preparation of accounts
Consolidating group reporting
Providing in depth analytical guidance to the Senior Board Members to grow the business's revenue stream and value
Managing the monthly adjustment process
Ensuring all financial controls and accounting standards are in place across the group
Driving consolidated Group reporting with analysis and presentation to the Board on a regular basis
Conducting and examining a detailed financial analysts of all aspects of the Group in order to provide high value insights to help drive profitability and growth
Implementing and managing of an CRM software
Providing support to the finance team to meet deadlines
Driving best accounting practice across the group

As the Group Finance Manager, you must be able to demonstrate the following experience/ skills:
Be Qualified CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA or Finalist Level
Experience of running all aspects of an finance and accounting function
Commercial awareness as well as financial acumen
Strategic attitude - ability to look from a broader perspective to grow and develop the business
Ability to look at ways of continuous improvement to stay ahead on competitors
Experience of managing a team
Strong communication skills - ability to work with internal and external stakeholders across the Group
Result Oriented, with a desire to succeed
Strong Excel knowledge
