Supplying to full & short line wholesalers, pharmacies, GP surgeries and hospitals. With total group sales exceeding €100m in 2019, we are now looking for a Senior Finance Professional to join the business.
As a Senior Finance manager at Clarity Global Group Ltd, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support. You'll have a good head for figures and for dealing with complex modelling and analysis, as well as a sound grasp of financial systems and procedures. Your duties will include-
* Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
* Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning
* Producing long-term business plans
* Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
* Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
* Managing budgets
* Developing and managing financial systems/models
* Payroll management
* Management accounts
* Small team management
* Audits
* Carrying out business modelling and risk assessments
What we ask in you-
* ACCA, ACA or CIMA status, or equivalent
* UK and European experience- Preferred
* Strong and up to date regulations knowledge
* Solid commercial and business awareness
* Excellent communication- Internal & External stakeholders
* An analytical approach to work
* High numeracy and excellent technical skills
* Problem-solving skills and initiative
* Negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
* Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature
* Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise
* The ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships
* The capacity to make quick but rational decisions
* The potential to lead and motivate others
* Advanced Excel and IT skills.
