Key responsibilities:

• Proactive collection to ensure timely payments from customers
• Complete reviews of new customer financial data to determine an appropriate level of credit limit
• Contact with customers for payment details
• Credit assessment and blocked order release
• Participation in improvement projects
• Cooperation with other team members

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English and Dutch or German at min. C1 level
• At least secondary education (High School diploma)
• At least 1 year of experience in F&A or customer service area
• Customer orientation
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player attitude
