An exciting, niche and forward thinking business are looking for a Payroll Controller to join their ranks in a sole charge position.

This is not a straightforward Payroll appointment focused only processing monthly payroll.

My client is a privately held, expanding, global credit advisory looking for their first Payroll Specialist due to expansion. This is a sole charge role and "blank canvass" for someone to make their own.

Previously the Payroll function sat with the FD but they now require a Payroll specialist to take the role forward. This is not a process driven payroll job, of course people need to be paid correctly but the payroll itself is c. 200. There is so much more to this role....

Skills/Experienced required:
* Global exposure (Locations are HK, US, Singapore, Europe)
* Comp and Bens reporting
* Implementation/process improvement
* Tax reporting
* Adaptable and reactive to change or requests from senior leadership
