Finance Manager - Basildon

A great opportunity has arisen for a progressive and well established client of ours who are seeking a Finance Manager to head up the Finance department, working closely with the Managing Director and supporting with additional project work.

The successful candidate must have considerable experience within:

Management of costing systems
Processing payroll - Weekly and monthly, being the main point of contact for payroll queries
Preparing monthly Management Accounts
Purchase, Sales and Nominal ledgers
Reporting duties with good use of MS Excel and use of Pegasus Opera or a similar software package Whilst this role is primarily Accounts based it will involve additional duties in which you will be able to contribute to project work within HR Support, Health and Safety and IT. Therefore, this will suit someone who enjoys variety and is able to adapt to additional workloads whilst taking full ownership of the Finance function.

40k-45k salary (dependant on experience) plus private medical insurance and pension package
Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Ideally seeking a September start date
