PTP/AP Manager

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum + company benefits

A new opportunity has risen for an experienced PTP/AP Manager to join one of my client's global support services teams on a permanent basis.

You will be required to support the Service Delivery Lead in the day to day management of End to End PTP activities provided by Onshore and Offshore teams. Management of Onshore Team Leads offering 'middle office' support to the Offshore (back office) transactional teams. Engagement with Offshore PTP Leads and their teams to deliver as per the agreed KPI's and SLA's. Deliver reporting and analysis to indicate performance and to identify and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives..

Responsibilities include:

To support the Service Delivery Lead in providing PtP services to the UK business
Manage teams to deliver PTP processes and meet Service Level Agreements in place between the team and the Business.
To act as manager level support to Offshore in all aspects of their PTP activities
Act as escalation point for internal stakeholders within the agreed escalation routes
Monitor KPI's to drive performance on and offshore.
Manage team to deliver root cause analysis of items where issues are identified within the end to end PTP Process
Produce reporting to support service level reviews and customer forums
Engagement with the Procurement team in developing end to end PTP services
Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with stakeholders within the PTP Process.Experience Required:

Have a strong PTP/AP background within a shared services environment
Experience of managing large teams
Strong stakeholder management experience
Be process driven and solution orientated
Experience in a similar role within a multi-site business
Experience / knowledge of Navision is preferable - or another ERP system
