Tax managers operate as leaders and mentors within our Firm. They lead engagements, develop recommendations, and provide proactive advice based on their knowledge of tax law, particularly that of high net-worth families and individuals. Managers will act as a mentor to younger staff, while working directly with Senior Managers and Partners on a daily basis.
We hold ourselves and each other to a high standard of conduct and work. In order to be most successful in this role, we must agree on a set of working expectations.
- Hold a CPA license
- Hold or working towards an advanced degree (MST or JD with Tax Emphasis)
- Have at least 5 years of HNW tax client experience within a public accounting firm or family office
- Manage and review of sophisticated individual returns and related planning
Experience with Estate, Gift and Fiduciary tax returns and related planning
- Provide solutions and ideas for tax technical matters
- Value professional development
- Exhibit excellent project and team leadership, and communication skills
