We're looking for a Business Analyst to join a fast paced manufacturing environment in Milton Keynes. Within this role, you'll be based within the Finance team, reporting into the Financial Controller. You will also work closely alongside the Sales team within the business, supporting their needs as and when required. Day to day responsibilities in this role will include: Managing the Business Intelligence (BI) system Monthly Sales reconciliation of the BI system Assisting the Finance Team as and when required Prepare and distribute monthly reporting schedules Identify where costs can be saved Identify improvements in reporting processes The ideal candidate would have financial grounding, being part qualified with your CIMA or your ACCA, but also be happy to get into a role where reporting and analysis is your bread and butter, and day to day accounting tasks will not typically be your responsibility. You'll need to be able to manage a heavy work load and prioritise demands between both the sales and finance teams. As well as this, you must have a real passion and drive; having an investigative and analytical mind, always striving to find the best way to do what you do. The salary for this role will be paying between £31,000 and £36,000.
